How to book

Your appointment is confirmed once you send the 50% transfer receipt on WhatsApp; until then the slot stays open for others.
Cancelled appointments are not refunded.
Arrive with no makeup on and clean hair (washed the day before), brushed out if it's wavy.
Wet hair that needs blow-drying or brushing, or extensions, adds COP 50,000.
Makeup takes about 40 minutes; with hair, about 1 hour.
Maximum waiting time is 10 minutes; after that the appointment is cancelled with no refund or rescheduling.
