How to book
- Your appointment is confirmed once you send the 50% transfer receipt on WhatsApp; until then the slot stays open for others.
- Cancelled appointments are not refunded.
- Arrive with no makeup on and clean hair (washed the day before), brushed out if it's wavy.
- Wet hair that needs blow-drying or brushing, or extensions, adds COP 50,000.
- Makeup takes about 40 minutes; with hair, about 1 hour.
- Maximum waiting time is 10 minutes; after that the appointment is cancelled with no refund or rescheduling.
